Thank you for this article, Constantine! Do you have any links for DHEA, by any chance? Thanks!

Links to DHEA products? Ona's sells a topical DHEA cream and DHEA oral supplements (like 5mg capsules) can be found at certain stores.

Idealabs sells a liquid suplement that has 1:1 ratio of DHEA and pregnenolone, https://idealabs.ecwid.com/Pansterone-p70230371

Bone loss begins around age 23? Can you elaborate? Where does this fact come from?

That was a quote from Ray Peat, Ph.D. from this article, references at the end of his article: https://raypeat.com/articles/articles/estrogen-osteoporosis.shtml

Another incredible and clear article, Dean! Curious if you would ever write about Age Related Macular Degeneration or alternative approaches to SSRI use...unrelated topics yet I am curious about both.

Thank you! My next two articles will likely be on Depression/Mood Disorder and OCD. Since SSRIs are often used for those conditions the articles will naturally contain information on what to do instead of an SSRI.

With regards to the macular degeneration this newsletter from Ray Peat may be of interest to you: https://wiki.chadnet.org/aging-eyes-infant-eyes-and-excitable-tissues
