I recently self-published a book to Amazon called "The Sleep Solution", where I research and explore some of the more recent sleep wellness trends, providing an unbiased view backed by science and studies to see how effective each of them are. Hopefully it helps others get a better sleep.

Okay, I’m tracking, and open to this but WHY would so many people/ children be hypothyroid? And how do we fix that root cause?

You suggested taking glandular thyroid at night, would this be fine if hypothyroidism hashimoto , I’ve read best to take thyroid med am on empty stomach? Would taking thyroid at night be stimulating and keep me up, already have sleep issues? Thanks!
