Varicose veins are a problem for men and women, but women have them more often than men. They are annoying and often unsightly, but they are a sign of a deeper imbalance in the body.

Luckily, there are things that can be done to help prevent and reverse varicose veins, which I will discuss in this article.

Free tip: Systemic enzymes, like nattokinase and serrapetpaste, taken on an empty stomach daily can help to break down the scar tissue/fibrotic tissue in the varicose vein, helping to reduce its appearance over time. These tend to thin the blood too. However, this doesn’t do anything about the root cause of the issue and is often not enough on its own to get rid of the varicose veins.

None of this is medical advice. I am not a medical professional. Always consult your doctor.
