A chronically stuffed or plugged nose, sinus congestion, nasal congestion and so on can all lead to many annoying yet avoidable problems. For example, chronic sinus congestion can lead to poor sleep, poor dental health (breathing from your mouth at night can dry out the saliva and can make cavities more likely), poor jaw structure and teeth alignment (can possibly lead to an underbite, or overbite), can make you feel more fatigued, can increase anxiety and the chance of a panic attack, and no one wants to sound “nasally”, it’s an undesirable situation altogether. Luckily there are many things someone can do to get rid of their chronically stuffed/plugged nose, without surgery.
